éduSparrow is a career readiness framework that prepares individuals to perform, adapt, and grow in professional environments — not just get placed. The employability ecosystem is fragmented. Training, placement, and skill development happen in silos. Nobody systematically builds workplace behavioural readiness as a progressive journey in the pre-employment phase. éduSparrow occupies exactly that space. The model works through four stages — Awareness, Readiness, Workplace Preparedness, and Career Growth. It is progressive but flexible, embedded within institutional or organisational settings without disrupting existing structures. It is not dependent on individual trainers, scales consistently across environments, and is designed for long-term employability — not short-term placement numbers. It serves colleges, corporates, skill councils, CSR decision-makers, and L&D professionals. The question is no longer whether career readiness matters.
