Egghead Private Limited is a sector-agnostic ESG and carbon management software company in the IT/ITeS and climate-tech space, building a SaaS platform that enables organisations across industries to measure, manage, report, and monetise their sustainability performance through robust ESG disclosures and structured participation in emerging carbon markets. ​ The platform focuses on ESG and carbon intelligence, helping listed and unlisted entities align with India’s BRSR framework and global investor expectations on sustainability reporting. It enables multi-standard reporting, covering policies, KPIs, and detailed greenhouse gas accounting across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. ​ A key strength of the platform is its carbon accounting and decarbonisation engine, which allows emissions measurement at daily, fortnightly, monthly, and annual frequencies across sites, assets, business units, and value chains. Using these insights, organisations can identify hotspots, benchmark against peers, and design targeted interventions such as efficiency upgrades, renewable energy integration, and supply-chain engagement. ​ Egghead is also oriented towards enabling participation in compliance and voluntary carbon markets, particularly for sectors notified or expected to be covered under India’s evolving carbon market architecture. The platform supports identification and monitoring of low-carbon projects, as well as tracking of credits and offsets over their lifecycle, linking sustainability performance with revenue and risk mitigation opportunities.
