1. To organize, manage, and conduct sporting events, competitions, tournaments, and leagues at regional, national, and international levels, in various sports disciplines either independently or in collaboration with other institutions, federations, or bodies. 2. To establish, develop, operate, manage, and run sports academies, training centers, and coaching institutes whether in India or abroad for skill development, talent nurturing, and promotion of physical fitness and sporting excellence including hiring professional coaches and trainers. 3. To engage in the business of manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, import, export, and online trading of sports goods, fitness equipment, sportswear, and related accessories. 4. To plan, construct, lease, acquire, develop, maintain, and manage sports infrastructure including but not limited to stadiums, indoor sports arenas, gymnasiums, training complexes, and recreational facilities. 5. To create, produce, publish, and distribute educational, fitness, and motivational sports content, including tutorials, training programs, physical health plans, and awareness materials through print, digital, and audiovisual mediums. 6. To design and implement youth and community engagement programs aimed at promoting sportsmanship, fitness, team spirit, and overall well-being through workshops, campaigns, and public initiatives. 7. To explore and venture into ancillary sectors such as education, food and beverage services, and viticulture (winery), including setting up related infrastructure, training modules, and product development.
