We at Elemental Motor Works are building an Electric Pedal Assisted Commuter Bicycle. Why? Efficient Mobility: The bicycle is the most efficient form of transportation in the world, we are taking this a step ahead. Our intelligent power management solution constantly optimizes the use of battery power. The rider gets to his or her destination in the most efficient way possible, sweat-free, happy, and dressed for the destination. Commuter bicycle vacuum: Relaxed riding position, mudguards, chain guard, carrier, lights and a detachable battery are some of the basic features required in a commuter bicycle. But, almost all of them are optional accessories in most bicycles sold in the country. Solving a problem: These are problems we’ve faced in our commute by bicycles day in and day out. As we started to speak to more and more people who commute by bicycle, we realized we aren’t alone. In fact, we are documenting stories of all the riders we interact with, forming a community around the cause of bicycling. Building a better world: We love to build things. We’ve built cars, bikes, jet engines, artificial muscles, and even our own workspace. Now we aren’t just building a pretty cool E-Bike, we are helping the world reduce its energy consumption per kilometer.
