“Be the change that you wish to see in the world”. Mahatma Gandhi. We wish to be the change in the world of fashion. Make it more sustainable with less wastage of fabric. Eligeo Exim Solution works with fashion designers, and help them source fabric in the RFD(Ready for Dyeing) category from various sources in India, on which we digitally print their designs on the chosen fabric. This helps them in ordering the right quantity without wastage. We started the company last year and marketed the idea globally. We were able to break ground with 2 designers in New York and started working for them. We were fortunate that one of them showcased our printed fabric in the NYFW 23. Going along we have added 6 more clients who are in the sampling stage. The company founder is Mrs. Elizabeth Kuruvilla, and the operations is headed by Mr. Kuruvilla George. Mrs. Elizabeth Kuruvilla has over 30 years of experience in administration & logistics for educational institutes and entertainment industry. In her assignments during her course of her career, her handling this space has been impeccable. Mr. Kuruvilla George has over 25 years of experience of running an advertising agency of his own in Hyderabad. It’s from this that the idea of printing on fabric for designers hit him. He understands design and the intricacies involved with printing. Running an agency makes it easy for him to understand the physic of designers and all about deadlines and delivery. We are now looking at expanding this business and accelerating it a bit faster. Our efforts are to build a model in New York, which would be emulated later to other fashion capitals (Paris, Milan & London) and trickle down. We need to bring in technology to automate the process and deliver customer satisfaction. It’s for this that we are looking for funds.
