Emartsoft was founded in October 2023 in Bangalore, with a vision to enable small and medium service businesses (starting with laundries) to digitize and optimize operations using AI. Within the first 9 months, we onboarded 5 pilot customers in Karnataka and Maharashtra, processing over 50,000 transactions through our platform in test mode. Our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) as of August 2025 is ₹1.2 lakhs, and we have a retention rate of 90% from trial to paid users. Our cloud-based AI engine forecasts demand, optimizes routing, inventory, and improves turnaround time by 20–30% (as validated by customer feedback). The system is modular, multi-tenant, and built to scale. The founding team comprises domain engineers with prior experience in SaaS and operations, supported by advisors from the laundry / service industry. We have secured a channel tie-up with a major laundry equipment supplier to preinstall or bundle our software with their machines. For the next 12 months, we aim to expand to 3 additional states, target 200 paying customers, grow MRR to ₹25 lakhs, and deepen features for vertical expansion (e.g., dry cleaning, pickup & delivery). Emartsoft contributes to the Digital India mission by bringing digitization and productivity to small service units across India, generating employment in SaaS, and enabling technology adoption in traditionally offline sectors.
