Entrues is a young and rapidly growing company in the field operations and maintenance services, digital technology solutions for customer service operations and turn key engagements involving Optical Fiber Cable layouts and tower infrastructure installation and maintenance. Our company has primarily 2 divisions that enable our customers, *1* For their Operations & Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning, field technology & operation services across all equipment life cycle customer service and turn key project requirements *2* Digital Technology requirements in an Industry 4.0 paradigm applicable typically in Customer Services and Equipment operations Our current services address all product life-cycle aftermarket services such as, Installation & Commissioning of telecom and power equipment, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Warranty Call (Breakdown calls during Warranty period), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) etc. Our technical services include handling of very simple to very complex power electronic products such as Embedded Power Supply systems (Switching Power supplies), ITPU (Integrated Power Systems) etc. We also take up turn key engagements involving OFCs and tower infrastructure installation and maintenance. Our peak employee strength was 125+ and our customers have included large OEMs such as Shree Combines, DELTA Power solutions, EXICOM, HFCL, PowerHF, VNT, Powergen, A2Z etc. in the North & West India. We are currently expanding our operations to service large infrastructure companies such as yours. We take up turn key engagements involving OFCs and tower infrastructure installation and maintenances. We undertake project engineering, turnkey & construction contracts in ‘Telecom Infrastructure Development’ Construction Industry sector requiring high technical knowledge and quality workmanship. To that end, some of the activities that we do include, • Trenchless Experts for Laying – Optical Fiber Cable • Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) • Micro-tunneling • Pipe Bursting Pipe Ramming • Jacking • Auger Boring • Pipe Rehabilitation • Direct Buried Cable Mole’ing • OFC lying The above services are rendered through technology platforms that includes Field Services management systems and other technical trouble shooting application systems. Internally the operations team also utilizes various tools (hardware based and software applications). Some of our key customers in the telecom infrastructure operations space, including current ones are, - Shree Combines: Fiber Project involving Last Mile Connectivity project for key operators such as Reliance Jio and Airtel - DELTA Power solutions: We were the no. 1 services provider for all Delta power equipment and solutions installed across telecom tower sites of RJIO, Indus, Bharti Infratel, ATC, etc. Products handled included SMPS, IPMS and SPS. - Eltek SGS: Our key I&C and O&M activities were for products such as SMPS, IPMS, SPS products installed at various Eltek customer sites - EXICOM: Key work involved SMPS I&C and subsequent O&M, including rectification for UPE and UPW - PowerHF: Key activities involved CAMC & O&M services for DGs at RJIO telecom tower sites - HFCL: Installation & Commissioning and swapping of SMPS products installed at various customer sites Our other customers for project focused activities have also included, VNT, Powergen and A2Z.
