Enventil is building the third appliance in home climate control.Indian homes already have two: the air conditioner manages temperature, the air purifier manages particles. Neither replaces the air itself. Overnight in a sealed AC bedroom, CO2 climbs from 400 ppm to 2,500–3,000 ppm — well above the 1,000 ppm comfort threshold — while humidity, VOCs, and stale air stay trapped. People wake up tired, sleep poorly, and blame stress. Mold, condensation, warped wood, and a musty odour follow. The only existing solution is an imported Energy Recovery Ventilator costing ₹80,000 to ₹2.5 lakh, requiring ducting and civil work — out of reach for the Indian apartment.We don't clean air. We replace it.ComfiBreathe is our flagship Energy Recovery Ventilator, engineered for the Indian apartment. It runs continuously and quietly, replacing stale indoor air with filtered, energy-recovered outdoor air. A custom hexagonal counterflow polymer membrane core delivers ~70% thermal efficiency with no pressure loss. Onboard sensors track CO2, PM2.5, VOC, temperature, and humidity, and adjust airflow automatically — no user input needed. Installation is two compact 40x100 mm rectangular apertures cut into a wall or window frame, professional install in 30–60 minutes, no ducting, no false ceiling, no AC retrofit. Target retail: ₹45,000–55,000 — a fraction of the imported ERV price.The product is built on a proprietary IoT platform — ESP32 control, custom sensor algorithms, Firebase backend, mobile app — already field-validated through ComfiSpace, our internal tech-validation prototype. ComfiSpace was deployed in Nashik for 13 days of live sensor data collection and is the basis of our registered design patent (IDF 496549-001). ComfiSpace validated the platform; ComfiBreathe scales it into the commercial product.A 10-unit paid pilot of ComfiBreathe launches in Delhi and Mumbai in June 2026.Indian TAM is approximately ₹31,680 crore — 15.8 million urban AC-owning apartments. SAM is ₹14,256 crore. The category is being built B2B-first through premium developers and interior designers, the same path every successful decentralised ventilation play has followed globally.
