Enviroshell LLP is a sustainability-driven start-up focused on developing biodegradable packaging and composite materials by upcycling locally available agricultural waste such as banana stem fiber, sugarcane bagasse, rice straw etc. Our mission is to transform agri-waste challenge into a value-added “Waste-to-Wealth” opportunity while providing cost-effective, eco-friendly alternatives to plastic and conventional paper-based packaging. Our innovation lies in developing proprietary multi-fiber blend technology using bio-based binding agents to create durable, compostable, and scalable packaging solutions for FMCG brands, logistics companies, and manufacturing industries. By replacing plastic packaging and reducing dependency on traditional paper-based packaging, our solution also contributes to lowering deforestation pressure caused by large-scale wood pulp demand in the packaging industry. Unlike many existing biodegradable solutions that depend on expensive imported biopolymers, we leverage abundant local agricultural residues to reduce production costs while maintaining strength, performance, and environmental sustainability. Currently at the idea-to-prototype stage, Enviroshell LLP aims to build a scalable manufacturing model that supports regulatory compliance, reduces plastic pollution, minimizes deforestation impact, enhances farmer income, and contributes to India’s circular economy and climate goals.
