The entity shall focus primarily on the management of municipal solid waste. The short-term target shall be the management of household solid waste generated from gated communities or institutions either individually or in a cluster basis depending on the size and waste generation potential. During this time, the entity shall gain practical experience regarding collection, sorting/segregation of different components, treatment, byproduct generation and recycling including sales of the recycled and value-added components of the solid waste. With the gain of useful field-level experience backed by trouble shooting and continuous development and finer refinement towards optimization of resources and economics, the entity shall venture out for scaling up the community-level model to medium sized towns and municipalities for whom the popular technologies shall be out-of-reach due to cost-prohibition, where the entity with its innovative technology and novel experience can offer a win-win solution for such an over whelming problem. Although the company’s focus is primarily on the management of municipal waste management, the scope may also include composting, bio-mining of landfills, E-waste management and hazardous waste management, etc.
