We are a product design company that merges modern design with traditional Indian craft to make contemporary furniture and lighting.Indian crafts have a strong heritage and distinct processes that enable them to be great differentiators. Indian crafts and high design have not come together in the past, and our mission is to be a catalyst in their culmination and be first to market. Employment Creation and Wealth Generation : Crafts products usually sell below Rs 5000 and hence the craftisan community is dying out because of the lack of a good and sustainable income. We are going price our products at a price which is beneficial for the artisans and for the company as a whole. Thereby drastically increasing the remuneration recovered by the artisan. In addition to this we will be exhibiting at international fairs and our products will be covered by the international media bringing much needed spotlight to the crafts – Which will result in an increase orders and demand thereby increasing the workforce at least by 50% in each craft cluster. We are confident that this will happen because it would be the first time that Indian crafts will get exposure at such a big stage. The processes of these crafts are very unique that major design companies will want to collaborate with the artisans for new lines.
