Equine Biotech Labs is a recognized startup in Karnataka which is a translational initiative out of Dr. Utpal Tatu's Lab at Indian Institute of Science with 23 years of experience in infectious diseases. We deal with a range of zoonotic infections of humans and animals and have also developed diagnostic approaches for animals including coronaviruses found in cats and dogs (FCoVs and CCoVs). Therefore we believe that we are equipped for this ongoing pandemic and have provisions for doing highly sensitized multiplexed testing for COVID-19 that would shorten the diagnostic duration enabling a better testing rate.
