Erdac Solutions operates as the Centre For Alternate Dispute Resolution Excellence (The Cadre). The Cadre intends to fill the nations justice deficit by offering an accessible, cost effective, understandable and flexible dispute resolution mechanism for small/medium sized peer to peer (P2P) and SME/consumer (B2C) disputes. The Cadre is creating a self sustaining ecosystem around dispute resolution via arbitration which includes services and training. As part of services, the team has taken a fresh, simplified look at managing P2P and B2C disputes. The Cadre Rules use a mix of focussed hands on arbitration training; an evolved online dispute resolution platform and deep rooted industry partnership and expertise to deliver a fair, flexible, transparent and cost effective dispute resolution solution. As part of training, the Cadre aims to create a new skill category of “Alternate Dispute Resolution Professionals" (ADRPs). ADRPs will receive hands on training in arbitration and the Cadre methodology and after clearance of the Cadre Certification Exam will have access to an assured earning opportunity. The Cadre offers a unique opportunity to upskill, reskill, learn and earn to women; educated youth and retired persons. They will have an opportunity at bridging the justice deficit and democratising the justice delivery system.
