Erulli Onion Tech is building the World's First Onion Bio-Refinery which addresses the problems of: 1. Inefficiencies in Manual Peeling 2. Onion peels getting into landfills resulting in environmental hazard 3. High dependence on imports for making precious metal industrial catalysts We have addressed the above challenges as below: 1. We have built an automatic onion peeling machine which would peel a kg of onion at Rs.1 as against manual peeling cost of Rs.8 per kg 2. We have developed a tech which can convert the onion peels into nano particles at scale 3. The nanoparticles derived are then converted into industrial catalysts where precious metal usage will reduce by ~80%
