"eSixM Eco-dredging Pvt Ltd" is a technological start-up company started after research and innovation in novel methods of dredging. We have developed a novel method of dredging that gives substantial cost reduction (about 50%) per unit dredging. The prime objective of our innovation is to carry out dredging with no or minimal fossil fuel consumption that has dual positive impacts - reduction of operational cost as well as carbon footprint. It also contributes greatly towards a sustainable future of the maritime industry. Our dredger is named "Blue Green Dredger (BGD) for its role in substantial reduction in air pollution as well as turbidity of the water bodies by dredging. It's not only cost reducing but also highly eco-friendly. Besides these direct advantages on operational costs, there are a host of derived advantages to the port operations, safety, security and environmental protection. Our prototype has been successfully tested for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Our engineering department manufacture this dredger and we put it into use as required. Worldwide ports, harbors, reservoirs, inland waterways incur heavy costs annually towards their maintenance dredging. Using our novel dredging services, then there will be a substantial cost saving to ports, harbors, power stations, IWAI etc. Cumulatively total annual saving in dredging budget in India will be huge amount. Worldwide the dredging market is anticipated to increase from US$ 15.7 billion in 2022 to US$ 22.3 billion in 2032. Same can scaled up very fast to dredging market of other countries. Moreover, in India, due to high cost of dredging many port development projects are halted, IWAI is not able to take off to again its full potential. All such problems will be wiped away by using our solution. Our solution is highly beneficial to development of Indian ports, harbors, inland waterways, thermal power stations etc.
