ESNIFF DEVICES is working on bringing a real-time, handheld consumer device that can test the purity of food products at the point-of-application. The problem of food adulteration is widespread in our country. The device works on the principle of electronic nose. Every food product has its unique smell. The smell of pure food products can be measured by multiple sensors and is recorded as a unique signature in a database. The device measures the smell of tested product and can compare with the pure product and produces the test result in real-time. The end user does not need to know any technical knowhow, because our device does the heavy lifting of measurement and analysis. Our device can be instrumental in fight against adulteration.
