We are trying to address the need for a video conferencing solution, that is highly customizable, provisioning for segment-specific needs and accessibility even in remote areas while being completely device friendly. Over and above all of these, the solution is completely made in India. The Icall platform (https://www.icall.co.in/) has all the regular features of video conferencing solutions, including but not limited to, the facility for Video calling, Meeting, Live Streaming, Webinars, chatting, recording and some exclusive features such as advanced screen sharing, the ability to create conference rooms, cross platform messaging and file chatting, low device heating, low internet consumption and low battery consumption while being designed for leveraging features of the next generation enterprise phone system. But the most important and specific need that icall is geared toward is the customization of each of its features to specific segments, such as the educational community, medical fraternity, farmers, lawyers, while allowing them the ease of operating in their local languages. Another salient aspect of this localization is the ability to operate the video conferencing service within an intranet without necessarily accessing the internet. All this will be facilitated by an exclusive mentorship access as well as training and technical support. Further, AI, ML multi-modal data analytics will be employed appropriately to enhance user experience and ease of use.
