Brief of our startup plan Our Startup project is based on agricultural foods products related to fruits, vegetables, grains, spices, and herbs. About 58℅ of the population of our country is depending on primary resources (agricultural products) for their livelihood. Indian food industries are ready to expand over commercial development. And every year, the International food trade is growing by the years and has the 6th position in the international market according to the financial assessment. Also in India, it is one of the major roles played in the Indian economy. Which makes us the 5th larger country in production, consumption, and exports. Action plan for startup Step 1. Preparation of products list based on the quantity and quality demands of buyers and consumers, also be focused on domestic markets demand along with international markets. Step 2. After the preparation of the list, another task will be to fulfill the necessity. To make it accomplish, we will schedule, contract farming, and contract procurement policies which will be spread over the country according to the availability of better quality products. Also to maintain stock every time. Step 3. According to our consumer's and buyers' needs, we will include external value-added services like grading, grinding, preservation, storage, and dehydration. And its packaging and branding according to the demand rules. Step 4. Supply to domestic and international markets, consumers, and buyers. We will plan the supply chain to deliver our products. Step 5. Our Sell target areas • (B to B) focused on the domestic and international market's buyers like domestic departmental mess, restaurants, marts, food shops, GeM, and other government food supplies. • (B to C) focused on area outlet, and home delivery, to domestic and international consumers Conclusion This startup is based on the daily lifeline consumption food product. Which is according to the innovative project where we could generate high-value income and higher employment chances for the farmers, non-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled, and professionals. Therefore our startup will be successful.
