The company was incorporated on 03 June 2019, with its registered office at Building No. VII/237D, Chamaparambil, Noor Building, Near IcePlant, Aluva–Paravoor Road, Ala, Angadu P.O., Ernakulam, Aluva, Kerala – 683511. Initially established in the field of trading, the company has since undergone changes in its management and ownership structure. The present directors and shareholders, Mr. Nixon Aikareth Devassy and Mrs. Niyamol Devassy Aikkareth, have taken over the leadership of the company and are steering it toward a new phase of growth and innovation. Under the current management, the company has expanded its vision and is now set to enter the manufacturing sector, focusing on clean and sustainable energy solutions. The company’s upcoming key product is the Solar Induction Cooktop—an innovative, eco-friendly cooking solution designed to promote sustainable living and energy independence in Indian households. Fully powered by solar energy and equipped with an integrated battery backup, this appliance ensures safe, efficient cooking without reliance on LPG, kerosene, or firewood. This zero-emission technology significantly reduces indoor air pollution, thereby improving the health and well-being of families—especially women in rural areas who often face exposure to smoke from traditional cooking methods. Additionally, the absence of gas cylinders and open flames greatly minimizes the risk of kitchen accidents. By reducing dependence on fossil fuels and mitigating deforestation caused by firewood consumption, the Solar Induction Cooktop directly supports India’s renewable energy initiatives and contributes to global climate commitments.
