Our startup aims to make expert engineering & info services easily available to every family by becoming their "Family Engineer," just like people have a "Family Doctor." To achieve this, we are offering a multi-sector subscription card that includes different useful offers, services, facilities and discounts. We are starting with Construction & Home Maintenance as our main focus initially, aiming to become one stop shop for all related needs. The basic card comes with 7–8 services and offers across multiple sectors and is valid for 3 years so that families can get full value from it over time. Since engineering & H.M. related work is not needed frequently, we have added other useful services that make the card helpful on a regular & repetitive basis. We also plan to grow through a unique franchise model, where only certified engineers will get company franchises—starting with civil engineers. This helps us build a trusted national brand while enabling engineers, professionals, and workers to earn through direct listings and premium service bookings. The card is kept very very affordable so that any family, regardless of income, can buy it without hesitation, and the offers included are designed to be useful in everyday life on repetitive basis and aiming for mass adoption. We also have a network of affiliated retailers and wholesalers who will provide materials at contractor-level rates or even better. According to quantity customer can choose retailer or wholesaler, even price estimation is made possible. Most importantly, this card supports disaster prevention by offering expert building checks that help families identify risks in advance. Even government can take our help and identify buildings needing structural audits and prevent disasters. We have made a Visual Building Inspection, based on Indian codes, through which this can be achieved. Our multi-sector card, engineer-only franchise, and vendor network both make this model unique and impactful for society.
