Excellent Financial & Taxation Private Limited (the Company) is the mutual fund distributors, PMS (Portfolio Management Services) distributors service providers. The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, on 03rd January, 2023, having main object as below: “To carry on the business as mutual fund distributors, PMS (Portfolio Management Services) distributors, all types of insurance consultancy and related work, and to assist in all financial, costing, accounting, taxation, tax planning, income tax, internal control and other similar matters to assist in the preparation of all revenue and capital budgets, developments of funds, long term planning or utilization of resources, procuring bank and institutional finance including cash, credit facilities, overdraft facilities, subscription of debentures and term loans, to assess the needs of short and long term credit facilities and raising of resources, to assist in the formulation of procedures for prevention of fraud, wastage, financial and cost accounting procedure and other connected matters to assist in formulating long term financial policies and control of their execution, and generally to assist in all financial, fiscal and revenue matters and to act as an advisor who helps individuals and organizations to pay their taxes and to ensure compliance and provide insights into the various taxation laws.”
