Widhya is a platform that adopts a "Learning by Doing" approach on the lines of the Progressive Learning Theory, which has time and again proved to be the most effective way of learning. Widhya helps students with the experience of a real-time industrial task or open-source project so that they can receive a fair knowledge as to what the ground reality of a corporate circle even before they choose to join a job or an internship. Every project or task that we get from a company is broken down into multiple smaller-scale tasks to help students focus on progressive learning and solving curve. A combination of these tasks constitutes a Mission. These Missions allow Widhya to evaluate students on multiple levels, including their skill proficiency in a particular topic. Companies can also choose to sponsor existing Missions on our platform. Rather than giving a task/project to be converted into a Mission, companies can sponsor Missions that align with their hiring requirements. This process saves a considerable amount of time for companies and can be adopted if companies are looking to hire on an urgent basis.
