But till now some where every customer straggling for good service provider with these qualities (Nearest, Cheapest and Problem solver with technology handler). My Name is Vikrant Rai & I have over 20 plus years working experience in automobile sector. In my Carrier I m working with car manufacturer famous brands like Maruti, Honda, Skoda, BMW and Toyota Dealerships in India. I have Five time Official Trips to Out of India. I have Four times Best Kaizens award winner in Toyota. Problems:- -Customers not know the nearest service providers. -Service Centres not bother about Customer Complaints. -Car service Labour Cost are uneven to all service providers. -Car Service providers not match the customer expectations. -Customer and Service Providers not a same platform. Sir I am a founder of Extend Service Asia. Its a First time introduce in automobile history. My company already registered as per Govt. Noms. Company works with automobile Passenger cars service providers Sector in Distt Yamuna Nagar, Haryana from 2021. My Company working as a Automobiles Call Centre. In this segments we are taking Customer Service Appointment and give to the Nearest Service providers, so that customer Easily connect with them and car service done very easy. After service our Company taking Feedback of these serviced customers about what he feels. We also promote these service providers in other nearest area where service providers not reached. These type of Concept First time in India. In this concept we need more money for Technology tie ups and Mobile Apps and promotions to social media platforms and a complete call centre in one place. So that we give the jobs to others and give the best solutions to the customers.
