eYogi.in is a new age mental wellness platform, which utilize the latest technology tools such as machine learning, mobile and digital platforms, internet telephony etc. to address the care gap, social stigma, and high prevalence in India. eYogi uses a community based approach to address the lack of trained resources and using technology to improve the efficiency of service delivery. eYogi.in has developed a platform to deliver mental wellness counselling by trained and seasoned experts, to the customers, remotely, using various communication channels such as messaging, internet telephony, video calls, voice calls etc., at the comfort of their homes. The unique features of the platform ensure efficient service delivery, optimum utilization of resources, reduced cost, and unrestricted service delivery across geographic regions. eYogi.in has engaged with many NGOs for community based skill development and service dissemination to the socially backward classes. Continuous upskilling for the Counsellors help to increase the available resource pool and the future tools using ML, AI and Wearable devices will improve the service quality and efficient delivery.
