We at Fabetto Ecotech Pvt Ltd have a consultancy in Bio energy & SWM. We have dedicated our time to biogas & composting techniques. A lot of changes in Biogas which need to be looked as bio reactor (therefore we set various controls to humble biomethantion which include pH control, Temperature control, microbe control). Very few companies are going to such extent of bioreactor controls in Bio methanation project. This makes it more likely to be self sustainable especially in small project also. It is not necessary to use all biogas in a single day, when biogas chamber is filled up in 4 days then also it can be used & integrated with LPG gas. the problem of slurry is also removed by simple dewatering system. Similarly, in composting also we controlled the parameters like temperature, humidity sensors, solar equipped so even at household level they can be made with almost minimal efforts limited to dumping waste in the composter(does not require electricity).if these organic processes are completed at site then more than 60 % waste can be treated & business model is made so profits are also generatedApplication of biogas& composting on this scale are from from household, canteen, garden/parks, railway coaches etc.
