We (Fabon Engineering Private Limited) have been incorporated with the main purpose of ensuring a reliable global supply of aqua feed, animal feed, pet food, and biofuel. With full process lines accounting for half the world’s production of aqua feed and biomass alone, we continuously support leading producers in achieving the highest levels in safety, quality, and control from feedstock to final product. Our Mission To enable our customers to create their own unique recipes and combinations of ingredients – making sure that the animals are given the right amount of vitamins and protein. Our Vision To provide the best food safety and traceability results, assisting production operations in meeting the hygiene and regulations requirements that assure animal health and welfare. So, to solve the problem, we then set up innovative ideas to develop the types of machinery in the way profitable to the well-being of the environment. After a lot of research and efforts taken up by our professional team, we (Fabon Engineering Private Limited) then created a main component of the feeding as a system which includes: Main machines in the animal feed processing technology: • Optimill • Conditioner CM • SPV pellet mill • US 43” • SDDC conditioner • Paladin • Sprout gear mill • Feed max • SMSD Mixer Now we give a brief detail: - 1) Optimill:- 1500/1800 rpm grinder in a variety of sizes for low-fat raw materials and high capacities. Capacity range: up to 60t/h 2) Conditioner CM:- CM series for pre-conditioning with addition of liquids and steam, providing optimum mixing and retention time. CRT series for controlled temperature and time, including first-in-first-out solutions for unmatched feed hygiene. Hot start conditioning also available 3) SPV pellet mill:- Pellet mill design with focus on high performance, reliability, feed hygiene, ease of maintenance, controllability, and low energy consumption. Complete range of belt-driven and gear-driven models available, matching any possible feed plant preference. Capacity: up to 100 t/h. 4) SDDC conditioner The ANDRITZ double-shaft conditioner is well suited for various kinds of materials. All parts coming in contact with feed are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and feed safety. It is equipped with two large volume barrels for higher liquid addition as well bearings that are internationally recognized for their durability. A homogenous mix is achieved quickly and efficiently, thanks to the differential speed of the dual shafts. 5) Paladin Paladins are simple belt driven pellet mills with a dual motor. The Paladin is a well proven machine for cost efficient animal feed applications. They come in three sizes and a variety of widths to suite you needs precisely and are available with 2 or 3 rollers for selected models. 6) Sprout gear mill This range of U.S. pellet mills are also gear box machines designed specifically to match U.S. market standards. They come in a wide range of diameters from 21” to 45” and a variety of widths to meet your exact needs. Nearly all machines are available with either 2 or 3 rollers. 7) Feed max The FeedMax G-Series pellet mill is a new product line based on the proven ¬PM-series. The new FeedMax G-Series is optimized to be extremely low maintenance while providing boosted power capacity and a high efficiency, one-step gear box transmission. The Feed¬Max G12 is the biggest pellet mill by Andritz, comes with many additional options such as automatic roller adjustment and roll slip, and is available in 2 or 3-roller machines for selected models Several steps are been taken and initiated to produce more yield with the help of such Technology, making our products a much better and improvised versions than those products already existing in the market.
