Shravanaa is a wellness/safety product and service for elderly people (parents or senior citizens living alone), combining a wearable device (pendant), multiple connectivity channels, trained human responders, and access to the home via a “smart lock”. Key Components 1. A smart pendant worn by an elderly person. 2. Human responder network trained in wellness check, first aid and EMS. 3. An electronic smart lock for the main door. When a button on the pendant is pressed for 5 seconds, an alert is broadcast to the Shravanaa command centre, to nearby designated “Wellness Checkers” (a.k.a. Shravankumar/Shravankumaris), and to assigned emergency contacts. The wellness checkers in our network are thoroughly vetted and extensively trained in First aid and basic EMS services, such as CPR. As soon as the wellness checker reaches the door, the primary account holder or the senior citizen can open the smart lock via a remote command, enabling timely intervention. There are also real‑time updates while the wellness checker is en route to your parents' home, which enables caregivers (or family) to track progress. Also, audio and video from the wellness checker's body cam provide a real-time, minute-by-minute update sent through the app during the wellness check.
