www.falihos.com Introduction: Started in Sept 2020 by 4 Women Entrepreneurs, all coming from Agricultural Families B2C: Two of our team members had earlier started retailing few of the products. Pricing by the retailers are not affordable to the middle class people and hence the good quality products were not reaching the customers B2B: During and before pandemic our families and likewise other farmers faced challenges in selling their perishable commodities on time. Our Solutions: B2C: We came up eCommerce platform, an app where we take orders directly from the customers and deliver at their doorstep B2B: Procure fruits directly from the farmers and deliver to the retailers. This helps in keeping price reasonable by avoiding their logistics, as earlier they used to buy from middle men. Innovation/Uniqueness: processed food items from distant places available to the bigger cities (eg. Emmer wheat, processed foods, organic fruits/vegetables, seed ornaments etc.) B2B: We are building a operational system which is scalable, driven by the incentives which keeps the human resources motivated. Route partners instead of employees concept. Current Progress: B2C (farmer to processing unit to homes) App is ready and payment gateway integration with instamozo is already done. hdfc payment gateway integration in progress. Testing of the App is in progress We are delivering flours, fruits, vegetables, healthy snacks etc. to the chosen apartments as a pilot run and finding very good response for the quality and service we are providing B2B: (farmer to ripening/processing unit to retailers) Procured Grapes directly from the farmers and delivered them to the retailers (jan 2021 to April 2021). Currently procuring Mangoes from farmers, safely ripening them on leased facility and delivering to the retailers Going Forward …. B2C: So far we have been delivering with more focus on quality and service. In next level our focus will be in packing, branding, optimizing logistics to deliver home, hire more professionals to serve the consumers much more effectively. B2B: Establish bigger customer base and proportionate logistics capabilities with our continued efforts. Build own infrastructure for handling more commodities (supply chain management).
