Farmonaut is build upon a vision to bridge the technological gap between farmers. In it's current version, Farmonaut comes bundled with the following features :SATELLITE BASED CROP HEALTH MONITORING Using this system, farmers can pinpoint locations of abnormal crop growth. in their field The satellite Imagery is updated every 2-5 days and has a spatial resolution of 10 meters, and gives access to crop monitoring anywhere around the globe. Vegetation Water Level Vegetation cover on the earth’s surface undergoes severe stress during a drought. If affected areas are not identified in time, entire crops may be damaged. Hence, the early detection of water stress can prevent many of the negative impacts on crops. Vegetation Water Level Imagery provided by Farmonaut can help control irrigation, significantly improving agriculture, especially in areas where meeting the need for water is difficult. Automated Crop Monitoring Using automated crop monitoring service, farmers will automatically receive a. crop health report and b. vegetation water level report from latest satellite imagery every 6-7 days. They will also be updated with near real-time weather report of their field from the nearest weather station. SATELLITE IMAGERY ACCESS (FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES - NON FARMING) Access to Latest and Historical Satellite Imagery ranging from 13 different bands in visible and non-visible spectrum as well as 7 more Farmonaut's own processed imagery types. The imagery can be accessed through our android app or through our website. VOICE & TEXT BASED PLANT ISSUE IDENTIFICATION Farmonaut can detect 100+ crops and can identify 300+ different issues in the crop just by your voice explanation of the problem. Farmonaut not only identifies the issues, but also provides solutions approved by: Central Insecticide Board & Registration Committee 50 + SUPPORTED LANGUAGES Language is not a barrier for Farmonaut as it supports more than 50 languages. You can select different languages for app, speech detection and translation. FARMONAUT DATABASE Farmonaut database is a result of rigorous research and contains details for 100+ crops, 300+ issues, and 150+ chemicals (pesticides, insecticides, plant growth regulators etc.). FARMONAUT FORUM At times when Farmonaut detection system is unable to identify the issue, you can post your problem onto Farmonaut Forum. As the community grows, your issue will be resolved quickly!
