Zipcaars is a fast growing company driving the concept of "Cars On Demand". This is about moving consumers away from car ownership to renting/leasing of cars in India. This serves two purposes: Consumers do not tie up capital in a car which is a depreciating asset and which soon becomes redundant as needs of the individual or family change Reducing the number of cars on the Indian roads by driving the concept of car renting / leasing / sharing We currently provide a range of high quality services in BangaloreHell and Mysore and since the company's founding over 3 years ago by two professionals, we have grown 5X (profitably) and aspire to be the provider of choice in the “Cars On Demand” sector. Our fleet size today is ~60 vehicles with 18,000 customers doing ~400 rides/month. Our current offerings are: - Daily rental - Long term rental - Car leasing - Cars on subscription - Corporate services - Fleet management By leasing and aggregating vehicles we are moving toward an asset light model. As our next phase, we are now transforming ZipCaars into ‘Car Mobility” platform which will offer a wide range of car related services both delivered directly by us and aggregated as below: Services to be added (all aggregated): Self drive ride sharing Car loans Car insurance Car accessories and parts Car service Driving lessons RTO services: Driving license, road tax, fitness, pollution Cab hailing Corporate fleet services The idea is to present ZIpCaars as a go to platform for all car needs.
