Our start-up’s journey began with an essential question: “Why is the construction of a house expensive and time-consuming for an average Indian demography?” We are a start-up based out of Hyderabad, India providing affordable automation solutions to the construction industry to increase productivity and reduce cost. Our flagship product is a brick masonry assistive robot that works in collaboration with 4 humans and builds walls. Our assistive robot doesn’t replace humans, instead, it fills the acute skilled labour shortage and provides employment to fresh civil engineering graduates. The robot can be repurposed for plastering, painting and material handling. Favo is one of the winners of GHTC ASHA, 2019 and was assigned to IIT Kharagpur for incubation and technical hand holding during the development of our patented robot. We are a part of ongoing cohort 10 of Brigade REAP - India’s best start-up accelerator recognized by Start-Up India. Along with Brigade REAP, we are also mentored by Habitat for Humanity in the same cohort.
