Batteries today represent nearly 40-60% of the value of an electric vehicle or energy storage system, but most companies still don’t have clear visibility into how those batteries are performing once they are deployed in the field. The industry still relies heavily on basic BMS estimates, lab assumptions, or reactive diagnostics, which makes it difficult to accurately track degradation, predict failures, manage warranty exposure, or make confident residual value decisions.
