The proposed solution is smart socks that tackle the daily and long-term requirements of the end-user. The device will be embedded with an array of sensors that will be able to detect high pressure/temperature zones which otherwise are ignored due to numbness, making these areas prone to foot ulcers that lead to amputations if not treated properly. Moreover, a noninvasive & continuous sugar monitoring feature helps the patient to be aware of his situation. The device assists the user in the case of sudden sugar lows due to which the user may collapse leading to concussions. The product’s form factor is designed to provide enhanced integration and ease of access to the user.
