FELSITE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Kochi, Kerala

DPIIT recognised District Technology Hardware

In their own words

Felsite is a fabless deep-tech semiconductor startup building SF-1, India's first post-quantum-native sovereign Platform Root-of-Trust System-on-Chip. SF-1 verifies platform firmware integrity, custodies cryptographic keys, and provides remote attestation for critical infrastructure — AI data centres, banking/BFSI, defence, smart grid and telecom. It is built on open-source, audit-ready IP (SHAKTI RISC-V, Caliptra 2.1, Adams Bridge post-quantum accelerator) and fabricated on a 55nm node, with an MPW prototype at PSMC then production tape-out at the Tata India fab on the same node. The full chip is validated in simulation (GATE-2 sign-off) and synthesised and place-and-routed on FPGA with zero errors; board bring-up is in progress. Founded by a 24-year semiconductor veteran (ex-Senior Director, Qualcomm), Felsite is DPIIT-recognised. Tagline: Trust begins in Silicon.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot. To flag an error on our side, write to trust@indianstartupmap.com.
