LenTrust is a digital trust infrastructure platform that helps individuals and small businesses create accountable agreements for everyday transactions without the complexity of legal contracts. Millions of informal agreements in India such as personal loans between friends and family, rental of equipment, freelance work, security deposits, and service commitments are still managed through verbal promises, chat messages, or fragmented records. These arrangements often lead to misunderstandings, payment delays, disputes, damaged relationships, and lack of verifiable evidence. LenTrust addresses this trust gap by providing a lightweight digital agreement platform where users can define terms, upload proof (photos, payment confirmations, handover evidence), receive mutual confirmation from both parties, and track commitments through automated reminders. The platform creates a shared and transparent record of agreements while maintaining the simplicity of a messaging experience. Our innovation lies in combining agreement creation, proof management, automated accountability workflows, trust scoring, and optional legal upgrades (e-sign, e-stamp, and evidence bundles) into a single consumer-focused platform. Unlike messaging apps, payment apps, or traditional legal contracts, LenTrust bridges the gap between informal trust and formal enforcement. The solution is designed to scale across multiple use cases including personal lending, freelance services, equipment rentals, event services, and tenant-landlord agreements. By digitizing everyday commitments, LenTrust aims to reduce disputes, improve accountability, protect relationships, and build a new layer of trust infrastructure for India's growing digital economy.
