Introduction to Fiarra Sourcing Pvt Ltd. Fiarra is founded with a vision to fulfil the sourcing needs of international organizations, and help uplift the Indian supplier community by giving them a chance to work with global players. Fiarra takes full ownership to manage all the challenges of sourcing in India like communication; complexity; compliance; quality by choosing & developing a strategic supplier base in India, completely managing quality, projects & logistics to ensure a seamless sourcing experience for our customers. Open to work with multiple business models like trading or consulting, based on the needs of our customers, Fiarra sourcing intends to be a pivotal organization for the companies who do not have an International Purchase Office in India but have a lot to gain by sourcing from India. Normally, sourcing the customized engineering is a long and effort intensive process, needing specialized skills, knowledge of products and processes. It involves interacting with multiple suppliers and then funnelling down to the most appropriate one. Afterwards, in most of the cases, it is needed to work intensely with the supplier to develop him/her to fulfil the needs of the customer. By creating a digital platform that holds the digital twins of the suppliers and that is capable of recognizing the intrinsic needs of the customers by using advanced algorithms, AI & ML, as appropriate, it is possible to make the sourcing process not only less effort intensive, but also save a lot of precious time. By integrating the appropriate IOT technology, it is possible to monitor the supplier performance in real time and guide the supplier with appropriate corrective actions. Further, the digital platform can quickly provide best alternatives, in an unforeseen supply chain disruption. By optimal use of human touch with digital technology, Fiarra would make on one hand the sourcing experience for overseas customers a seamless one, on the other create a massive growth opportunity for Indian Exports.
