In today’s scenario, the local shops getting closed due to major use of online shopping sites like amazon, filpkart etc. and therefore there is decrease in volume of turnover of offline shopping businesses. The customer reach of the offline businesses is not directly supported by the social media network on common platform or too access the customer base through social media is too expensive. Moreover, the advertisement cost is every high for small shop and there is no effective way for local shop owner to reach directly to their customer with their new inventory and deals on real time basis vice versa the customer who wants to purchase from local shop owner are not aware about the deals on a single platform. Ficus software through its innovative product mobile app i.e., ADBUZZ wherein shop owners can advertise their inventory information, deals and discounts to the customers through a cost-effective advertisement platform which is fully controlled by them. An app chat can fully facilitate one on one conversation. The one-on-one communication channel between shop owners and customers through ADBUZZ, enhances the turnover of local shop owners.
