Fidiant Private Limited was established in 2023 by Dr. Kishor Kumar C, Ph.D. in Industrial Chemistry, from Mysore University, Karnataka India. Having 18+ years of Industrial experience. Before this he was a Founder and Managing Director of Bioben that was established in 2012. Bioben was a technology & product development company, catering to the changing needs of the life science, veterinary, dairy science industries and education institutes. Bioben was registered as a partnership firm now the company is converted into a Private Limited Company in the name of ‘Fidiant Private Limited’ because, a partnership firm in India has no separate legal status separate from its partners. However, a Private Limited Company is an artificial separate legal entity and can hold assets and incur liability in its names and registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 or any other previous act. The company is owned by the founder and currently employs people with Ph.D. M.Sc. MBA. Bachelor degree and Diploma. Fidiant private limited has a team of highly reputed scientific advisers to formulate its road map. The management team consists of Top Scientists and Business associates. Main object of the Company: Our vision is to create local opportunity, growth and impact in every community and country around the world. Fidiant Private Limited is a technology & product development company, we are catering to the changing needs of the Manufacture, Trading and following services field.
