In recent times it is always taken into consideration that to use IT and related products some amount of education is required to understand it. According to Economic Times about 96% of users access the internet for entertainment, while 90% use it for communication and 82% to access social media platforms. About 45% have made some form of online transaction and 28% regularly shop online. That said, both these activities are far more common in urban India. Other key activities include video streaming, gaming and learning. Above data clearly depicts that internet has still not made its inroad in the fraternity of local business and that’s is because of only one reason i.e. lack of awareness of benefits of integrating internet with their business or rather digitizing it. However with changing times IT companies has realized this that this is one of the biggest roadblock to their growth as they cannot make inroads to the rural and local business where most of the business owners are illiterate or do not have the inclination towards understanding these products. So they tried to localize their product with more and more inclusion of local languages in the user interface and also try to make the products easy to use as much as possible. According to various research studies, for customizable services customers are willing to pay premium over and above the normal prices and that is why we have also integrated this approach in our business model to make it more lucrative and appealing to customers and to overwhelm them with our host of services. However, making changes to the products does not suffice because of insufficient awareness and knowledge about the products and its usage. We at Fifth Ray System Private Limited will try to address the problem of awareness along with the digitization of business and other services which we intend to provide. The uniqueness of solution lies in the approach toward the service which we will provide through Fifth Ray System Private Limited. 1.Our business model is designed in such a way that through our services we will first try to reach customers by making them aware about What is Internet and how it can be utilized effectively IT and its products / What is digitization of business? / Why it is important / what are its benefits and how it’s going to impact their business in long term? 2. We will provide integrated services to our customers who will have mandatory training and development services to make them understand and well versed with day to day operations. 3. Another uniqueness of our business model is that we are looking towards the holistic growth i.e. not only of the business in terms of digitization of the processes but also of the growth of the business owner in terms of his understanding and capabilities.
