THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE: To carry on the business of trading, dealing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, supplying, and marketing of all types of Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) panels, cladding, wallboards, and exterior building materials, and all related accessories, fasteners, trims, and components thereof.To carry on the business as manufacturers, producers, processors, traders, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and agents for all kinds of Mica, Plywood, Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF), High-Density Fibreboard (HDF), laminates, veneers, decorative boards, block boards, particle boards, and other wood-based or synthetic panel products used for construction, furniture, and interior finishing. To act as contractors, sub-contractors, builders, installers, and service providers for the erection, construction, installation, assembly, modification, repair, maintenance, and demolition of exterior cladding systems (including WPC) and all interior furnishing and fit-out works involving the aforementioned panel products.To acquire, purchase, lease, or otherwise deal in land, buildings, workshops, and premises necessary for the storage, processing, and fabrication of the aforementioned materials and to establish and maintain showrooms, offices, and warehouses for the effective conduct of the Company's business.
