Firefox Security & Intelligence (OPC) Private Limited is a technology-driven, ex-servicemen led private security and intelligence enterprise incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 19th July, 2022, with its registered office at Ramkosha, Ayer, Bhojpur, Bihar and its corporate office at Jagat Palace, 70 Feet Road, Bishunpur Pakri, Patna. The Company is promoted and led by Mr. Anil Kumar (DIN: 09678602), a disciplined and experienced professional with a background rooted in defence-service ethos. While the Company has commenced commercial operations in the conventional space of private security — offering Personal Security Officers (PSOs), gunmen, armed and unarmed security guards, housekeeping staff and drivers — its long-term vision is to transform the largely unorganised, manpower-heavy and paper-based Indian private security industry into a technology-first, data-driven, transparent and accountable service model. This transformation is being engineered through the integrated deployment of drones, Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensors, Artificial Intelligence (AI) based video analytics, cloud dashboards and a suite of dedicated mobile applications for guards, clients and the central command centre. The Company is duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CIN: U74920BR2022OPC059046), the GST Department (GSTIN: 10AAFCF1498R1Z8), Udyam/MSME (UDYAM-BR-26-0097637 — Micro Enterprise), ESIC (Code: 4200179[phone redacted]) and has filed an application for PSARA licence before the Government of Bihar (Application No. ABR2229375).
