The startup is planned to distribute various financial products through Digital Mode, also helping Independent Financial Distributor by providing customised I T Enable Platform which is providing Online facilities to invest in 1500+ Mutual Fund Scheme and in Digital Gold etc. By using our platform Independent Financial Distributor can create his Branding instead and also Work Independently instead of working as a Sub broker. Income of Independent Financial Distributors can be 2x of existing income earned by them as a Sub broker. Our service provides opportunities to create his own brand and identity before the customers source by Independent Financial Distributors. Startup is also developed ERP Software which supports Business owners to record their daily transactions, generate various compliance reports and file the various returns from single software. This will save almost 60% of Time for accounting and compliance. Business owner can utilised his time in further development of business and generate more revenue. Our software helps Business owner to handle almost 120+ Compliance accurately during the year required to do under GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax. Founder of startup is having Working Experience of 22 Years and 19 Years experience in the field of Finance, Taxation, Compliance. Currently approx. 1.53 lakh Mutual Fund Distributors, 2.44 Lakh Insurance Advisors are active in our country and sourcing approx 1500+ Mutual fund scheme and hundreds of Insurance Plan. Due to inflation and reduced interest rate Indian Population looking for more investments options, thus Insurance Advisors become MFD every year. As they are not having basic digital Infrastructure in their own branding. They are working as a sub broker and they are accessing digital infrastructure of National Distributor. For using digital infrastructure of National Distributor individual Distributor paying high cost as good as 60% of commission earn. In our view there is a vast opportunity to sale our products of Financial Distribution. Furthermore, India is having approximately 1.23 Crore GST Registered business. So we can target them to sale our ERP System. Various software are sold in the range of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/-. Which provide only Accounting facilities not providing any return filing facilities and compliance facilities. So there is a vast scope of scalability.
