fiTSEA is an AI enabled wellbeing ecosystem enabling its users by making its users take up healthy lifestyle to manage the mammoth problem of Non communicable diseases Cholesterol , Hypertension and Diabetes , India as a country is facing. Our Motivation is to expose Indian wisdom on healthylifestyle to the whole world. In line with the Niti Ayog new plan of focusing on preventive health fiTSEA will promote health and wellbeing through technology and will connect Indians and connect them with qualified wellness providers across India, creating employment opportunity and a healthier nation. Most effective and proven method of managing non-communicable diseases is modifying lifestyle. Regular physical activity – Walking , Jogging , Exercise Diet Control – eating healthy and fibrous food Managing Stress – mental health management. fitSEA with its proprietary solution has created a unique ecosystem to help users modify their lifestyle and get rewarded for it. The reward and recognition creates a sustainable change in the users behavior. fiTSEA APP creates extrinsic motivation through gamification , sustainable habits through tangible rewards and intervention from qualified specialist. The Problem fiTSEA is Solving A large number of India population is suffering from the following Non-Communicable diseases . Diabetes – 77 Million Cholesterol- Approximately 149 Urban & 272 (30%as per 2021 numbers) Million Rural population Hypertension – About 33% urban equivalent to 164 Million and 25% rural equivalent to 227 Million Indians are hypertensive Phase 1 – Working Population # 36% of employees are suffering from mental health issues. # Majority of office workers have high blood pressure and metabolic diseases # Hypertension and gastrointestinal disturbances increased (6.09% - 8.37%) # 43 per cent have a skewed BMI of which almost 30 per cent are prone to diabetes and hypertension. Phase 2 fitSEA will work with employees family and friends.
