FLAMESURANCE (OPC) Pvt.Ltd. is a non-govt.company. The date of incorporation is 24th Dec'2019. It was registered with a purpose for manufacture of Hydro-CCFD LPG Burner .The Patent-Filling is done in August'2020 by the support of the Mr. A.K.Debnath, Scientist-C, PIC, ASTEC, Govt. of Assam. About the product: Hydro-Composite Capacitive Flame Dissociation LPG Burner (Hydro-CCFD LPG Burner) is an invention of five year's span beginning March'2015 to April'2020. I am Bharat Kakati, Son of late Uparjan Kakati is the inventor. The Hydro-CCFD LPG Burner is a kind of device having inbuilt self-support process power for its pre-mixture charge by deriving the Flame Kinetic Energy, which is self-support ability of the flame or fire to drag air from its vicinity, fresh air flows flame wards by driving hot smock with air upwards. The kinetic energy associated with the flame is its capacitive energy. The Capacitive Power Cell converts the kinetic energy to power ,i.e. capacitive power , which drives the required air along with water vapor through the hydro-Composite Cell. and Switch regulated LPG by which the Flame is controlled. The Capacitive Power Cell functions as proportionate pre-mixing charger of gas-air & vapor. The Pre-Mixture Charge attained by self-capacitive processing is ideal charge that naturally varies as per varying input of LPG. The flame produced by the ideal charge, and by dissociation process of combustion is composite-capacitive LPG flame, which is supreme efficiency flame; which is oxide less & vital rich flame that impart digestive & nutrition care properly in cooking, roasting etc.; which is free of oxide-residue, suitable for diverse use. Another important feature of the Burner is Distant Air Tube that is for collecting air from outdoor, to take care of indoor air climate, and to use the Burner inside a chamber where harsh climate does not support proper combustion. Thus this feature, 'Distant Air Tube' facilitates itself as a multi-utility device. It is a unique device for preventive measure against the panic prone COVID-19 situation, for it imparts digestive & nutrition-care in cooked food that can fertilize life and improves physical immunity. And to perform heating sanitization with hot water, hot steam, hot iron etc conveniently for its ability of smart heat delivery, and that might enhance life-style of society. This new invention LPG Burner is a productive device, that has self-support process power; a device for multi-utilization; gas economy, and therefore its useful value is supposed to be more than ownership-cost or making-cost that might be market competitive and affordable for society; however that is left to the trial of the time. After all, the views as stated, the Hydro-CCFD LPG Burner is supposed to come for usefulness in the growth of economy in individual & general level. It is a unique new invention device that anybody can depend to survive on during such situation when economic slowdown for pandemic COVID-19 due to its productive utility advantage. It is an invention for future vision of application like high efficiency fossil fuel engines/devices for the objective of replacement of older/lesser efficiency devices/systems with an objective to reduce climatic pollution or to take care of our Earth Environment. Furthermore, the enterprise for making this device will surely bring hope and aspiration to society by giving scope of employment and source of income.
