We are building an employee financial wellness platform for Indian corporates and institutions. Flecso has an employer and employee app. Employer portal is to provide and access employee information. In the employee app, users can access their 50% of accumulated salary at any time. As of now, employees can transfer this money to their bank account. In the future, the app will allow users to plan their finances. Using transaction details we will provide an analytical view, alerts, and recommendations. For example, we can alert the user if their bank balance is not enough to pay the next bill and will recommend him/her to use early salary for payment.
