Focus Prism offers web application tool (Clarity) with the following features • Cloud based tool - Clarity • Has no limit • Enables access from anywhere using a basic smart phone. Clarity is designed to have • minimal data entry to avoid duplication of entries • very user friendly • Reducing the time of training and adaptability. Post implementation in 2000 kitchen, process standardisation will be driven by the intelligence built in the system there by decreasing the dependency on the manpower. Clarity is an off the shelf product designed exclusively considering the various verticals within the industry hence very affordable for the larger customer base. Clarity which supports process standardisation delivers cost optimisation. Currently we have acquired 45+ B2B Customers including MNCs like Elior Group and the product is operated in 150+ Kitchens. Clarity will handle raw materials worth Rs.250 crs for 2017-18 and will serve 8 Crores meals in 2017-18. Focus Prism will also contribute to the nation’s growth and will support the government initiatives of doubling the farmers’ income by targeting the following. • Conversion of 80% of unorganised players to organised players which will help in increase in tax collection. • Change of market towards production based to consumption based. • Market consolidation using Prism Clarity in all regions. • Direct procurement from farmers and increase Contract farming • Trajectory towards recommendation of ICFA for Better realisation of market price for farmers. • Reduction in the post-harvest cost
