In their own words

Soil health testing tools are often inaccessible to all but rich farmers. This hampers efforts to improve agricultural infrastructure and alienates poorer farmers, for whom access to laboratory facilities is extremely limited. FFEM Caddisfly aims to fix this gap. It is a system designed to make soil NPK testing easy to conduct on the field, through a portable, smartphone-based testing kit. Existing features of the phone combine with software apps and third party accessories, to make testing soil samples easy. Here is a video demonstrating how to conduct a soil test for Phosphorous soil test using Caddisfly: Phosphorous test demo By using a smartphone for soil testing, results can be geotagged, linked to surveys and uploaded onto an online database. This would enable geospatial analysis of soil quality over time. This has the potential to transform soil quality measurement, in addition to making it easier to educate farmers who don’t know about issues with soil quality.

Funding signals

We hold evidence classes, not events. There is no amount and no date here because we do not have them, and a class says only where the company was named. 3,674 of the 34,244 records in Bengaluru carry a signal of some class.

How a signal gets onto a record

The neighbourhood

This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
