In India there exist a huge skill gap between the demands of skilled manpower by Industry and the skills being acquired at college, school level or primary education level. Even, the unskilled labor also needs certain set of skills to deliver quality service. There are various public sector units in India which are the backbone of the country and now most of the project works and day-to-day maintenance work are carried out by outsourced agencies and contractors. But unfortunately, it becomes a herculean task for the PSU to get the good work extracted from these contractors or sub contractors as the big EPCC contractors also sublet work to these small contractors. There is a need for the skill development of this kind of work force which is deployed by these sub contractors and petty contractors. Our startup has already started giving training to such kind of labourers.This startup shall make use of Skill India mission ,Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) and various other training models available world-wide. The Manpower with desired skill set is very much required in Exploration & Production Industry at this juncture to assure maximum efficiency and productivity. Our primary aim is to serve energy industry & environmental engineering industries and also to train the existing manpower of these small contractors and petty contractors so that their manpower can be equipped with desired skill sets and new manpower with desired skill sets can also be provided to them.
