Freshcut Organic Products pvt Ltd is Kerala's first slaughterhouse waste management start up company. Our state of the art treatment plant is functional at Thamarassery, Calicut District, Kerala. We operate a complete cold chain system where in waste materials are stored inside freezers at butcher shops and chicken stalls and those waste materials are in turn collected in our reefer trucks which is then take to our plant freezer unit. The raw material is then taken through various processes including rendering and animal protein extraction. The by products are mainly animal protein and animal fat. The by product is then supplied to various pet feed manufacturers in India and abroad. There is no further waste materials as a result of the process. This is a complete recycling process.
