To carry on the business of financing and advancing short term and long term loans and credits to individuals, companies or association of individuals by whatever name called and either on securities such as lands, buildings or part thereof, machinery, plants, chattels, vehicles, shares, debentures, government securities, stock certificates, life insurance policies and unit stock-in-trade or on guarantee or clean without securities and to finance leasing operation of all kinds. 2. To carry on business as financiers, concessionaries and merchants and the business of hire purchase in all its branches and to undertake and carry on and execute all kinds of financial, industrial, commercial, trading and other operations. 3. To offer agricultural financing and to undertake and or arrange or syndicate all types of business relating to financing. 4. To lend and advance money and assets of all kinds or give credit on any terms or mode and with or without security to any individual, firm, body corporate or any other entity (including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any holding company, subsidiary or fellow subsidiary of, or any other company whether or not associated in any way with, the company ), to enter into guarantees, contracts of indemnity and surety ship of all kinds, to receive money on deposits or loan upon any terms, and to secure or guarantee in any manner and upon any terms the payment of any sum of money or the performance of any obligation by any person, firm or company (including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any holding company, subsidiary or fellow subsidiary of, or any other company associated in any way with, the company). 5. To render services as brokers, commission agents, importers and exporters, and to act as trustees, executors, administrators, managers, agents or attorney; to carry on the business of retail and institutional distribution of the schemes of the Mutual Funds or any other financial products issued by Banks, Mutual Funds or any financial intermediary; to contract for, and negotiate and issue and participate in funding any public and private loans and advances, underwriting contracts, mortgages, equity participation, cash credits, overdrafts and other financial facilities subject to any regulatory approvals including approval of the Reserve Bank of India and other approvals from other appropriate authorities as may be required from time to time and in accordance with applicable law. 6. To finance hire, purchase, requirements of motor vehicles including two wheeler, buses, lorries, ships, aircrafts of all descriptions, machinery, buildings, tractors, equipments, ancillaries , etc. of the transport undertaking meaning a company, corporation or departmental undertaking which is engaged in the operations, management, repairs, maintenance, manufacture or trading of any mode of transport be it by road, sea, or air. 7. To act as financial consultants and management consultants and provide advice, services, consultancy in various fields including, but not limited to secretarial, commercial, financial, legal, economic, labour, industrial, public relations, investments and wealth management in accordance with applicable law.
